Yolates & Barre
Yolates and Barre classes combine principles from all mind and body classes to bring strength, mobility, and stability for the whole body.
Yolates combines yoga and Pilates with flowing movements that will allow the body to stretch and strengthen. Barre Above® Fuses Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strength training, that are fun and dynamic.

Indoor Cycling
With over 10 years of experience with Spinning®, the indoor cycling program is not just about exercise. The classes offer a variety of rides, movements, coaching and motivation that keep riders feeling engaged and safe.
